Can you walk me through a transaction?
Initially, you inform us of a pending invoice. Two forms are then signed,
one by your company upon completion of work and the other by the owner /
operator accepting the work as satisfactory. At that time, funds are wired to
your company’s account.
How much is a transaction going to cost my company?
The cost is determined by the financial strength of your customer.
Generally a point is the norm.
What will the cost be to my customer, (owner / operator)?
We at AVMAC strive to work as closely as possible with your customer. Our
rates will always be below traditional banking sources. Each transaction is
credit driven.
What is the financial exposure, to my company, in the event of a default
by my customer?
Your company has no exposure. Each transaction is converted into a note which
is purchased on non -recourse basis by our private investor groups.
Is there a minimum amount that can be financed?
We try to maintain a minimum of at least $2,000,000. Several invoices from
the same customer may be combined to achieve this amount.
I have customers who are traditionally slow payers, can you help?
Since we are not a banking institution, governed by committee, we have a
lot more flexibility. Our group is composed of Wall Street investors as well as
the private sector.* Customers, who would generally not qualify, with
traditional banking institutions, now have an opportunity in participating in
our program, with the added benefit of improving their credit picture. Our
program, by its very nature, is designed to turn slow paying customers into
valued credit worthy customers. We evaluate each customer on an individual
basis.
